Melissa Mills speaks about her experience of working with Amy McAuley's Powerhoop Challenge. The Powerhoop Workout is a group based exercise based on sound fitness principles using the Powerhoop as a resistance tool for stretching and strengthening and aerobic exercising. It is a FULL BODY workout. Expect to burn approx 420 kcal’s per class. As well as that you will tone upper body, lower body, increase your fitness and get a much stronger core. ( All of that whilst having a LOT of fun)
